Practice with one of our certified yoga teacher at your convenience* or simply use our yoga platform at your ease. Group lessons & private lessons are hold upon reservation. Price varies between $15-70/hr depending on teacher.

*For reservation, book one of our online packages or directly with our restaurant staff. They will happily set it up for you.

Please note our open-air yoga platform is over looking the sea and is located on the second floor above our small restaurant. You will enjoy the breeze and mountain view.

Please note every independent Kiteboarder is obligated to pay a Daypass ($10) in order to have access to the kite landing and launching zones in front of the Camp Bay Lodge. The intention behind is to ensure that everybody has a great and safe experience on the beach and in the water. We provide you with a team of experienced local kite assistants always there to help you out, launch & land, boat rescue and if you wish as well handling all your gear (extra fee)!

The Kite School “Kitesurf Roatan” is open from December 15th until September 15th and specialized in lessons for beginner to advanced and exclusive excursions to the best spots all over the Bay Islands of Honduras especially Roatan & Guanaja. The shop is located directly at the hotel and provides high quality kites & boards from CORE Kiteboarding. The kite school is known to provide you with an excellent service and a fast learning method always with safety as priority.

We love to stay engaged! There is so much needs around and in the community. From supporting the marine park on protecting the reef to rescuing turtles, to extra teaching, events and gifts in our local schools, beach clean up activities and so on, we’ve been present and invite you to do the same!

If you feel the call, there is so many projects possible.

Creativity and time are the only requirement.

Donations ideas:  Kids love to play football (soccer), any balls and boots (Size 5-9 US) are welcome or even schooling materials (such as back pack and pen).

First time? Don’t worry, the crystal clear water and the sandy ground make it easier to learn.

For more advanced SUPers: give SUP-yoga a try. And the adventurous people should paddle a bit further out where you will find smaller waves.

The Lodge is ideally located for Fly Fishing in the East End of Roatan and therefore close to some of the best flats to cast Bonefish, Permit, Snook and Tarpon. Your guide will bring you in the best position to get a shot at your trophy.

Our main guide, Perry, a true islander, lives in Calabash Bight with his wife Sheena, who expertly manages all the logistics. Together, they ensure that every trip is a memorable experience.

  • 8-10wt rods with quality large arbor reels
  • Floating saltwater fly-lines to match
  • 12lb, 16lb, and 20lb tapered 10′ leaders
  • 16lb-20lb spool of tippet
  • 30lb-40lb leader for tarpon

On this excursion we paddle East of Roatan and take a cut through the mangrove forest to reach to the historical “Port Royal” on the south shore of Roatan. During the 17th century, home to over 2000 pirates, with some 500 houses and even a church. Our lunch break will be on a cay overlooking the bay with view over the famous Cow & Calf, Fort Frederick and the Port Royal National Park. A stranded ship wreck sitting on the reef next to it is inviting to explore the underwater life with snorkel & mask.

Cost: $50 -$80 p.person depending on the customization of the tour

Explore with our local guides the only National Park of Roatan, the “Port Royal Wildlife Refuge” with the highest peak “Pico Picachu” offers great views and a surprising different vegetation. Gain insight over the natives culture from an Islanders perspective. From the native Paya Indians living in caves, to the century of pirates and the arrival of the Garifuna.

The tour starts at the Camp Bay Lodge and goes straight up to the National Park, along the ridge you hike through the National Park up to Roatan’s highest Elevation and back down to probably the most beautiful beach on the Island.
