It is a process where you learn to let go off expectation while accepting & honoring what is present. If you don’t feel ready for those concepts… don’t worry, the magic of yoga starts by simply practicing a few postures (adapted to each person) while concentrating on your beautiful breath. The rest comes naturally when you are ready.

With Self-examination, Love, Respect & Acceptance, we begin to see the key to our suffering. Whether is just about getting out of our comfort zone, trying another style, finding your Guru, deepening your Asanas or opening a discussion about Yamas & Niyamas (Yoga Philosophy), if you are willing to embrace the way, there is something for you.
Hatha yoga classes includes: pranayama, a gentle warm-up, sun-salutation, asanas of various level (theme based or special intentions) and a closure with a mindful moment. This is about 90 min of delight sensations.
